About the Role

The Senior Process Improvement Engineer will develop and recommend methods to boost the accuracy, efficiency, and speed of production processes, while also delivering problem‑solving training to personnel. This role will design and implement project plans that achieve plant quality goals using standardized problem‑solving tools, lead process audits, and oversee training activities in the Quality Dojo. The engineer will analyze manufacturing and quality data to spot trends, risks, and opportunities, translating insights into actionable improvement plans. They will lead quality improvements based on QFL notifications and Pareto analyses, review production schedules and engineering specifications, and collaborate with cross‑functional and global teams. Key communication duties include working with management to set production process standards, facilitating Kaizen workshops, and regularly updating stakeholders on schedules, progress, and issues. What You Bring

Basic qualifications require a B.S. in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering and at least five years of manufacturing process improvement experience (or nine years without a degree), and candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship. Preferred qualifications include strong analytical ability, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, deep knowledge of manufacturing process design, materials, and technical drawings, as well as project management, leadership, and change‑management expertise. Additional assets are Six Sigma Black Belt, SAP proficiency, project management certification, and willingness to travel domestically and internationally and work overtime. • Minimum: B.S. in Mechanical/Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering and 5 years (or 9 years) of process improvement experience; authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship. • Preferred: Six Sigma Black Belt, SAP experience, project management certification, strong analytical and leadership skills, ability to travel and work overtime.
