About the Role

The Rental Manager will forecast rental fleet needs, manage roll‑in/roll‑out, and maximize utilization. They will lead process‑improvement projects, including transitioning to paperless solutions, and oversee fleet service management such as return‑to‑ready, repairs, and handling unavailable equipment. Additional duties include lead management, governance, reservation management, and ensuring units on contract are shipped. • Forecast rental fleet demand and manage roll‑in/roll‑out schedules. • Optimize fleet utilization and oversee return‑to‑ready processes. • Lead process‑improvement initiatives, including paperless technology adoption. • Manage fleet repairs, service availability, and units on contract. • Oversee lead governance, reservation handling, and contract shipments. • Travel within the Northeast region as needed.

We prefer experience in construction equipment or heavy machinery, though transferable skills are acceptable and training will be provided. Strong CRM abilities, comfort with multiple systems, and exceptional communication and time‑management skills are required. The candidate must be detail‑oriented, a problem‑solver, able to work independently, prioritize tasks, make decisions with minimal supervision, and be willing to travel within the region.
