About the Role
The Project Coordinator will support the joint-venture leadership team, ensuring compliance and efficiency through document control, submittal management, and daily administrative duties. • Review and ensure timely compliance with all contract submittals and reports. • Maintain and update the Document Control System (DCS) for correspondence, drawings, technical reports, and specifications. • Code outgoing correspondence and monitor the incoming DCS mailbox for required actions. • Provide daily office management, minor IT support, and schedule meetings, conferences, and events for the SPV Leadership Team. • Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up action items; create logs to track RFIs and review comments on submittals. • Manage incoming and outgoing project documentation, ensuring it is organized, accessible, and up-to-date.

What You Bring
• Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field. • Possess at least 7 years of project coordination and administrative support experience in construction or infrastructure. • Demonstrate proficiency with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera P6) and Microsoft Office Suite. • Exhibit strong organizational, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
