About the Role
We are recruiting a Communities & Social Impact Manager to lead the design, delivery and evaluation of social‑value initiatives for new‑build developments. The role will oversee community and employment projects, ensure Section 106 requirements are met, and act as the regional social‑value expert measuring impact with HACT and TOMs. • Lead design, delivery and evaluation of social value initiatives across the development lifecycle. • Manage community and employment projects with partners and supply‑chain contractors. • Ensure Section 106 obligations are met and act as regional social‑value expert. • Measure programme impact using HACT and TOMs and advise internal teams on social‑value queries. • Build and maintain stakeholder relationships with local communities, authorities, schools and partners.

What You Bring
The successful candidate must have experience in the construction or built environment sector, be self‑motivated, resilient and capable of working autonomously while managing complex stakeholder relationships. Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with local authorities, schools, partners and communities are essential. • Minimum experience in construction or built environment sector required. • Self‑motivated, resilient, able to work autonomously and lead cross‑functional teams. • Hybrid work: 2‑3 days in office/site with regional travel as needed. • Must be eligible to work in the UK, reside in England or Wales, and pass a basic criminal record check.

Benefits
The role is based in London with a hybrid working model, offering a salary of £48,987‑£61,234 plus a £5,000 car allowance per annum. It is a permanent, 36‑hour per week position with flexible options and expects the holder to work from the office or site 2‑3 days per week.
