What You Bring
Candidates must be at least 21, hold a valid driver’s license with a clean record, reside within 40 miles of the region, and be comfortable working at heights up to 40 feet using ladders. Additional requirements include a weight limit of 275 lb, ability to work in all weather conditions, lift up to 75 lb, work overtime, and travel overnight during peak periods. Preferred experience includes facility or grounds maintenance, construction, HVAC, cable installation, route driving, or roofing. • Must be at least 21 years old to operate company vehicle • Valid driver’s license with good driving record • Live within 40 miles of designated region • Comfortable working at heights up to 40 feet using extension ladders • Weight under 275 lb for ladder safety • Able to work in all weather conditions • Proven ability to work independently with remote supervision • Able to lift and carry up to 75 lb • Experience in facility or grounds maintenance • Experience in construction • Experience in HVAC • Experience in cable installation • Experience in route driving • Experience in roofing
