Water Leak Technician

About the Role

In this role you will safely carry out reactive and proactive works on refrigeration condensate pipework, respond to logged water‑leak incidents, identify leak sources, repair or replace faulty pipework and components, clear blockages, and maintain internal drainage systems, drop‑down pipework and dairy pump trays. You will diagnose equipment faults, provide effective solutions, and escalate when necessary, ensuring jobs are completed within SLA timeframes, meeting KPI targets and complying with Arcus health‑and‑safety and client site requirements. Planning routes, managing daily workload, prioritising aged work orders and striving for first‑time fixes are essential. • Perform reactive and proactive repairs on refrigeration condensate pipework. • Identify leak sources, replace faulty components, and clear blockages. • Maintain internal drainage systems, drop‑down pipework, and dairy pump trays. • Diagnose equipment faults, implement solutions, and escalate as required. • Ensure work is completed within SLA timeframes and KPI targets while adhering to health‑and‑safety and client site protocols. • Plan daily routes, prioritize aged work orders, and strive for first‑time fixes.

What You Bring

The ideal candidate has experience in water‑leak or drainage work, basic plumbing knowledge and, preferably, basic electrical skills. Additional trade qualifications are a plus, and a full UK driving licence is essential. You must be IT‑competent, able to use apps and email, and be available to work nights, Monday‑Friday on a 45‑hour week with an on‑call rota as needed. • Possess water‑leak or drainage experience and basic plumbing knowledge. • Hold a full UK driving licence and demonstrate IT competence with apps and email. • Available to work night shifts, Monday‑Friday, 45 hours per week with on‑call rota.
