About the Role

The Warehouse Associate is responsible for the efficient and accurate handling of goods within a warehouse environment. This includes receiving, storing, and distributing products while keeping the workspace clean and organized, and operating various warehouse equipment in line with safety and quality standards. Key duties involve receiving incoming shipments, verifying quantities, inspecting goods for damage, and maintaining organized inventory records. The associate transports, stores, and categorizes items, fulfills orders by picking and packing accurately, prepares shipments with proper labeling, loads and unloads trucks, and conducts regular inventory counts. The role requires safe operation of forklifts, pallet jacks, and other machinery, routine equipment checks, and diligent record‑keeping of all warehouse activities. Collaboration with team members and supervisors, prompt communication of issues, and adherence to company policies on safety, security, and conduct are essential. • Receive and verify incoming shipments for quantity and condition. • Inspect goods for damage or discrepancies and report issues. • Maintain accurate, organized inventory records and track stock levels. • Transport, store, and categorize products within the warehouse. • Pick and pack orders precisely to fulfill customer requests. • Prepare shipments with correct labeling and documentation. • Load and unload trucks, ensuring proper stacking of materials. • Conduct regular cycle counts and full inventory audits. • Report shortages, overages, or quality defects to supervisors. • Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other machinery safely. • Perform routine equipment inspections and report malfunctions. • Keep the work area clean, hazard‑free, and use required PPE. • Maintain detailed logs of inbound/outbound shipments and inventory changes. • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to resolve issues. • Follow all company safety, security, and workplace conduct policies.

What You Bring
