About the Role

The role coordinates day‑to‑day activities of a field technician team, plans monthly routes, analyzes performance, and ensures profitability, safety, and customer satisfaction while maintaining financial goals. Key duties include supervising teams, developing staff plans, driving execution of business initiatives, coordinating with sales on opportunities, managing account growth and profit, ensuring safety compliance, auditing operations, and leading performance reviews and staffing decisions. • Coordinate daily activities and monthly routing for field technician teams. • Analyze team performance and implement changes to improve profitability, safety, and client satisfaction. • Supervise and develop assigned teams, ensuring developmental plans and consistent delivery. • Collaborate with sales to support opportunities and link them to installations. • Manage account portfolios to achieve growth, profit targets, and high customer satisfaction. • Ensure compliance with safety standards and contractual obligations. • Conduct operational audits, recommend improvements, and lead service/installation reviews. • Perform recruitment, hiring, and retention of operational staff. • Deliver performance expectations, reviews, and coaching for direct reports. • Maintain workforce skill levels for profitable business execution.

What You Bring

We require a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business or equivalent, at least five years of progressive HVAC service experience, three years in a management role, and a Six Sigma Green Belt; a Master’s degree and eight years of operational HVAC leadership are preferred. • Required: Bachelor’s degree (Engineering/Business), 5+ years HVAC operational experience, 3+ years management, Six Sigma Green Belt. • Preferred: Master’s degree, 8+ years HVAC leadership experience.
