As a Business Development Manager you will lead growth in the commercial landscape and maintenance sector, serving as the face of a premier service provider. In this role you will connect with decision‑makers at office parks, industrial hubs, HOAs, and schools to demonstrate the value of our services. You will own the entire sales lifecycle—from cold call to closed handshake—delivering consultative, value‑added proposals. Collaboration with Operations ensures promises are fulfilled, and you will represent the brand at trade shows, networking events, and community gatherings while tracking progress in Salesforce. This is an active, in‑the‑field role that involves visiting sites, meeting clients, and occasionally lifting up to 50 lb. You’ll work in a variety of settings, from boardrooms to commercial landscapes, delivering a dynamic and hands‑on sales experience. • Identify and engage decision‑makers at office parks, industrial hubs, HOAs, and schools • Manage the full sales cycle from cold outreach to contract signing • Deliver consultative, value‑added proposals tailored to client needs • Partner with Operations to ensure seamless contract execution • Represent the company at trade shows, networking events, and community gatherings

What You Bring

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of B2B sales success, deep experience in commercial service industries or complex contract negotiations, and a self‑disciplined hunter mentality. Strong persuasive speaking and writing skills, a bachelor’s degree (preferred), a valid driver’s license, and willingness to travel throughout the territory are also required. • Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience with a proven quota‑crushing record • Experience in commercial service industries or complex contract negotiations • Hunter mentality: self‑disciplined, proactive, and skilled at qualifying new opportunities • Excellent verbal and written communication influencing high‑stakes deals • Bachelor’s degree preferred; strong drive and experience valued • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel throughout the sales territory • Ability to lift up to 50 lb and work in varied environments from boardrooms to outdoor sites
