About the Role

In this position you will act as the subject‑matter expert for assigned data domains, understanding data sources, meanings, usage patterns, and business use cases. You will work closely with data users and the IT team to translate business logic into automated monitoring rules that catch quality issues before they affect downstream processes. You will also create and maintain field‑level definitions, data catalogues, and quality rules, while managing security access and communicating data updates from vendors. You will partner with product managers, centers of excellence, and procurement teams to promote adoption of data sources across the business, support renewal and RFP discussions, and advise on self‑service data availability. Your guidance will help analytics product managers and data scientists leverage the data effectively, and you will document business definitions within a matrix organization to meet the metadata needs of maturing analytics platforms. • Act as subject‑matter expert for designated data domains, documenting sources, meanings, and usage. • Collaborate with data users and IT to define business logic and implement automated data‑quality monitoring. • Advise stakeholders on self‑service data availability and guide data extraction from databases/platforms. • Maintain field‑level data definitions, data catalogues, and quality rules for analytics products. • Manage data security access controls and communicate vendor data updates across the organization. • Partner with product managers, centers of excellence, and procurement to drive data adoption and support renewal/RFP discussions. • Create automated data‑quality rules and develop reporting dashboards and visualizations. • Project‑manage deliverables, ensuring deadlines are met.

Experience creating automated data‑quality rules, building dashboards, and managing projects to meet deadlines is also essential, and fluency in English is required. • Hold a bachelor’s or advanced degree in a technical or supply‑chain related field. • Possess 3+ years of cross‑functional supply‑chain experience and data‑analytics expertise. • Understand database structures and Kimberly‑Clark ERP systems (S4, Kinaxis, SMOM, WMS, TMS).
