About the Role

• Respond promptly to resident and management work orders for common areas, buildings, and units. • Perform corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance tasks. • Assist with make‑ready processes and turn‑over events under supervision. • Maintain swimming pool cleanliness, conduct chemical testing, and keep accurate logs. • Conduct daily inspections of grounds, buildings, and community features to identify hazards. • Execute preventive maintenance programs to extend asset life and reduce future repairs. • Keep the maintenance shop organized, stocked, and compliant with OSHA safety standards. • Support the hazard communications program and promote safe work practices. • Participate in unit inspections, monitor inventory, and maintain detailed service records. • Provide excellent customer service, monitor request turnaround, and enforce community policies. • Maintain reliable transportation for emergency on‑call duties.

What You Bring

• Be available for on‑call emergency response and work overtime, weekends, or night hours as needed. • Hold a high school diploma or equivalent and possess basic computer skills. • Understand Fair Housing laws and OSHA regulations. • Physically capable of lifting or moving objects over 100 lb, climbing ladders, and working in confined spaces and varied weather conditions.
