About the Role
In this role you will support internal and external reporting, perform data analysis to measure performance, identify efficiency opportunities, and develop business rules for functions and processes. You will collaborate with teams to improve daily operations and meet SQIs mandated by the WUTC and corporate goals, while upholding safety standards and promoting a culture of total safety. • Initiate, lead, and perform analysis to recommend solutions for complex business problems. • Lead analysts in creating operational schedules, forecasts, budgets, staffing plans, and dashboards for key metrics. • Manage internal and external project teams on process improvement and customer service initiatives. • Apply process improvement methodologies to business processes and procedures. • Serve as emergency duty supervisor, responding to call‑outs and company‑wide emergencies.

The Facility Service team is hiring a Senior Business Analyst, and details about work arrangements will be discussed during the interview process. • Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting or related field, or equivalent experience. • Minimum 5 years of analyst experience. • In‑depth knowledge of departmental systems and processes. • Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, SAP, and CIS. • Excellent time‑management, organizational, and independent work capabilities in a fast‑paced environment. • Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills for multi‑team collaboration. • Effective written and oral communication abilities. • Knowledge of internal process flows and cross‑departmental impacts. • Understanding of filed rates and tariffs. • Familiarity with process improvement methodology. • Ability to foster a positive work environment.

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from $82,000 to $136,300, plus eligibility for annual incentive bonuses.
