Training includes job shadowing, classroom instruction, and mentorship during the first year. Required skills include reading technical documents, basic math and algebra, effective oral and written communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Applicants must be self‑motivated, reliable, able to work with diverse individuals, and possess a valid driver’s license.
