About the Role
• Observe and verify information from subcontractors, managers, and engineers; research building codes for compliance. • Analyze data to select optimal solutions for project issues. • Develop specific goals and schedules to prioritize and complete work efficiently. • Communicate project information to supervisors, coworkers, subordinates, and stakeholders via in‑person, phone, email, or written methods. • Coordinate crew activities to accomplish daily and long‑term project objectives. • Manage labor, materials, and time to ensure project milestones are achieved. • Identify hazards, inspect work progress, and ensure compliance with specifications, laws, and RQC safety procedures. • Build and maintain cooperative relationships with team members, subcontractors, and clients.

All qualified applicants will receive consideration without regard to protected characteristics, and candidates must provide proof of identity, U.S. work authorization, pass a drug screening, and undergo a commercial criminal background check and DoD clearance for access to the military base. • High school diploma or GED required; college coursework in construction management or engineering preferred. • Minimum two years of foreman experience supervising the plumbing trade on medium or large projects. • Minimum four years as a journeyman plumber; government, military, or large commercial project experience preferred. • Design‑build experience is desirable. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Outlook required; training available for Primavera, Oracle, BIM, Revit/Autodesk, and Bluebeam. • CPR, First Aid, OSHA 30‑hour, EM‑385, and STS certifications required (training available).

Benefits
The position offers a pay range of $45.00‑$52.00 per hour, dependent on experience, and includes benefits such as medical, dental, vision, a 401K with company match, one week of vacation, and sick time.
