About the Role
As a Skilled Laborer/Groundman you will support all phases of utility construction on telecom projects. Responsibilities include digging trenches, unloading materials, preparing job sites with hand tools, transporting heavy equipment, and building and maintaining both aerial and underground cable systems. You will also troubleshoot on-site issues and continuously learn to operate a variety of tools and equipment. • Dig trenches, unload materials, and prep job sites using hand tools. • Transport heavy equipment to and from the site each day. • Build and maintain aerial and underground cable systems. • Troubleshoot field problems as they arise. • Learn and train on various tools and equipment. • Follow strict safety practices daily. • Solve complex problems with a hands-on approach.

What You Bring

A valid Class A CDL with a clean record, a willingness to learn telecom trades such as coax and fiber splicing, and an interest in long-term projects are essential.
