About the Role

The role serves the New York State Office of General Services Department of Design & Construction and provides an entry‑level opportunity to become a Scheduler in Training. You will learn to use Primavera P6, the industry‑standard scheduling tool, and develop skills in critical path methodology and schedule analysis. • Learn and use Primavera P6 software for construction scheduling. • Apply critical path methodology and develop baseline and construction duration schedules. • Conduct schedule analysis, report development, and time impact analysis. • Facilitate online meetings and collaborate with project teams.

What You Bring

• Utilize critical thinking, written and verbal communication, and time management skills. • Minimum 2+ years project management experience in construction or equivalent. • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or related field. • Basic knowledge of P6 or other scheduling technology. • Strong written and verbal communication and active listening. • Ability to work effectively in a team environment. • Excellent time‑management, organization, and flexibility.
