About the Role
The role is responsible for designing and implementing internal controls over financial reporting, including accounting policy implementations, SOX compliance, distributed controllership, process simplification, and internal controls over IPP monitoring and risk. The incumbent will serve as a controllership expert on financial system and ERP implementations, elaborate proposals for improvement in approaches, methods, procedures, and processes within the function, and handle communication with direct colleagues and the business regarding design and coordination services. • Design and implement internal controls over financial reporting, including SOX compliance. • Serve as controllership expert for financial system and ERP implementations. • Propose improvements to methods, procedures, and processes within the function. • Communicate design and coordination services to colleagues and business units. • Contribute as a team member on 1‑3 month projects with rapid results.
