About the Role
The Facility Executive – Technical Work Dynamics will lead the delivery of facility management services for Société Générale. Reporting to senior managers, you will be accountable for the Management Plan, client SLA, and key performance indicators, ensuring high‑quality results that exceed client expectations. You will act as the single point of management control for the assigned site, overseeing operations, staffing, performance and development of the facilities team. Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, safety compliance, energy‑conservation initiatives, regular inspections, equipment‑database management, and preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual reports. • Manage all aspects of facility management service delivery for Société Générale, meeting SLA and KPI targets. • Develop and execute the annual management plan aligned with client objectives. • Lead and develop a high‑performing facilities team, overseeing staffing, performance reviews and career planning. • Ensure preventive and pre‑emptive maintenance programs are executed on schedule. • Conduct regular inspections for energy conservation, utility management, risk management and safety compliance. • Maintain equipment database and provide training for on‑site teams on equipment procedures. • Prepare and deliver monthly, quarterly and annual performance reports to the client. • Implement safe work practices, crisis management, business continuity and emergency procedures. • Drive opportunities for account growth and articulate value propositions across the platform. • Coordinate with Société Générale CREWS and other key managers to ensure seamless service delivery.

What You Bring
The ideal candidate is a hands‑on technical expert with a university degree or professional qualification in engineering or facilities management and at least four years of facilities‑operation experience. Strong troubleshooting skills, vendor‑management knowledge, ISO 14001/OHSAS 18001 awareness and excellent English communication are required. • B.Tech/Diploma in Electrical Engineering or related field. • Minimum 4 years’ experience as a Facility Executive or in facilities operations. • Hands‑on technical expertise with strong troubleshooting abilities. • Knowledge of ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 standards (advantageous). • Experience in vendor management and AMC contracts. • Excellent spoken and written English; ability to communicate technical issues to diverse audiences. • Use of AI‑enabled recruiting tools and strong data‑privacy protections.
