About the Role
In this role you will ensure the smooth operation of the facility by leading morning briefings, prioritizing work orders, and conducting thorough inspections to spot maintenance issues. What You Bring
Candidates must have either a four-year degree or at least five years of leadership experience in maintenance, plus a minimum of three years managing maintenance teams and programs. Required skills include strong leadership, a solid safety commitment, effective communication, and hands‑on experience with conveyor system maintenance. • Hold a 4‑year degree or 5 years of leadership experience in maintenance. • Minimum 3 years’ experience leading maintenance teams and programs. • Demonstrated strong leadership, safety focus, and effective communication. • Required experience maintaining conveyor systems.
