About the Role
The Scaffold E&D Lead Carpenter role oversees scaffold projects, ensures safety standards are met, and supports the development of the scaffold crew within Sunbelt's fast‑growing rental business. • Design and erect various types of scaffolding • Mentor and coach scaffold E&D carpenters • Safely manage a small crew to erect and dismantle scaffolding • Ensure compliance with OSHA scaffolding regulations and load limits • Perform physically demanding tasks, including working at heights and lifting 40 lb or more

What You Bring
• Minimum two years of scaffold E&D carpenter experience or equivalent • Trade school education preferred but not required • Bilingual ability is a plus
