About the Role
Trainees will provide timely and consistent touchpoints with frontline employees, regularly review best practices, and partner with drivers and technicians to develop job‑related skills while completing the OMT curriculum. They will actively practice coaching conversations, seek feedback, and collaborate with various frontline managers across operations, fleet, sales, and district teams. Additionally, they will develop knowledge of DOT and OSHA safety programs, operational processes, dispatch and routing, and fleet maintenance systems. • Provide timely touchpoints with frontline employees and review best practices. • Partner with drivers and technicians to develop job‑related skills. • Complete the OMT training curriculum and all assigned training. • Conduct coaching conversations and seek feedback. • Collaborate with frontline managers across operations, fleet, sales, and districts. • Develop knowledge of DOT and OSHA safety programs, dispatch, routing, and fleet maintenance. • Work in mixed office and field environments using standard office equipment.
