About the Role

• Manage and expand program client portfolios and project pipelines. • Oversee multidisciplinary teams across proposal development, health & safety, subcontractor management, scheduling, financial control, and quality delivery. • Lead technical, cost, and schedule decisions to ensure high‑quality project outcomes. • Cultivate and deepen client relationships by understanding needs and delivering superior service. • Coordinate with fellow managers to balance resources, anticipate issues, and implement corrective actions. • Identify and resolve project issues and conflicts promptly.

What You Bring

This position requires strong communication and leadership abilities to inspire multidisciplinary teams and deliver projects that meet high quality, schedule, and budget standards. The manager will act as a primary point of contact, ensuring client needs are understood and addressed throughout the project lifecycle. Candidates must hold a civil engineering bachelor’s degree and a New York Professional Engineer license (or reciprocal). They should bring at least 12 years of experience leading multidisciplinary teams, with 6 years of project management, and possess knowledge of power or water infrastructure. PMP certification and a collaborative communication style are advantageous. • Hold a Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering. • Possess a New York PE license (or reciprocal). • Bring 12+ years of experience leading multidisciplinary teams, including 6+ years in project management. • Have knowledge of power and/or water‑related infrastructure; related project experience preferred. • PMP certification is a plus. • Demonstrated collaborative communication skills and proficiency in English.
