About the Role
The role involves managing customer service requests, generating quotations and invoices, and coordinating spare‑part identification and delivery. It also includes processing warranty claims, raising purchase orders, and maintaining accurate engineering reports. Additional duties cover stock transfers, value‑care agreement administration and supporting stock checks. • Receive and log customer service and warranty requests. • Raise C4S tickets and drive them to completion. • Produce service quotations and invoices. • Identify required spare parts using engine parts catalogues. • Issue goods and perform stock transfers as needed. • Collate and verify engineers’ reports. • Ensure timely delivery of warranty returns. • Raise purchase orders for required items. • Administer Value Care Agreements with key customers. • Prepare parts orders for engineer collection or delivery. • Code and check warranty claims for accuracy. • Submit warranty claims to FN within set deadlines. • Resolve FN queries by liaising with engineers or external customers. • Process engineers’ reports in the TOGA warranty system. • Support regular stock checks.
