About the Role

• Interpret plans and specifications to ensure project compliance. • Exercise independent judgment on project‑level decisions. • Conduct daily field inspections and maintain inspection records. • Manage punch lists, testing, and quality‑assurance tracking. • Direct administrative and field staff tasks. • Review and process progress and final pay estimates. • Evaluate work schedules and daily reports from contractors and inspectors. • Coordinate material inspections, testing, and ensure contract compliance. • Hold weekly progress meetings and resolve field construction issues. • Review change order requests and prepare engineer’s estimates.

What You Bring

Qualified candidates must hold a Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field and have at least one year of relevant experience. Required expertise includes advanced project scheduling with Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project, and proficiency in engineering design tools such as AutoCAD Civil 3D, MicroStation, Revit, Bluebeam Revu, and ArcGIS. A strong background in construction inspection, QA/QC processes, FDOT specifications, FHWA regulations, and traffic and transportation analysis is essential. Knowledge of roadway geometric design, traffic impact studies, and MUTCD‑compliant control plans will be leveraged. • Hold a Master’s degree in Civil Engineering with at least 1 year relevant experience. • Proficient in Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project scheduling, AutoCAD Civil 3D, MicroStation, Revit, Bluebeam Revu, and ArcGIS. • Knowledge of FDOT specifications, FHWA regulations, and QA/QC processes for transportation projects. • Expertise in roadway geometric design, traffic impact analysis, and MUTCD‑compliant traffic control plans.
