About the Role
The driver safely operates a heavy‑duty truck on transfer routes, following OSHA, DOT, and company safety standards. Responsibilities include pre‑ and post‑trip vehicle inspections, loading, transporting, and dumping containers while keeping the site clean and properly positioning containers. Drivers must communicate customer requests, incidents, and route issues to dispatch or the operations manager, and assist fellow drivers as directed. All required documentation is completed at the end of each route. • Operate heavy‑duty truck safely in compliance with OSHA, DOT, and company policies. • Perform pre‑ and post‑trip DVIR inspections and promptly report any issues. • Load, transport, and dump containers while keeping customer sites clean and containers properly positioned. • Communicate customer requests, incidents, and route problems to dispatch or operations manager. • Follow assigned routes, complete required documentation, and assist fellow drivers as needed. • Participate in 401(k) with company match and a stock purchase plan.

What You Bring
The position starts between 5:00 a.m. and 6:45 a.m., Monday through Friday with occasional Saturdays. Candidates with prior experience in physically demanding roles are preferred. A Class B Commercial Driver’s License and a minimum age of 18 are required. Applicants must pass a DOT drug screen, physical examination, background check, and maintain an acceptable driving record. No formal education or prior experience is necessary, but the ability to perform physical labor is essential. The expected base pay starts at $26 per hour, subject to experience and location.
