About the Role
The Press Machine Operator is responsible for operating machinery and equipment used in the manufacturing of enclosures. This role involves performing specialized tasks to create both standard and customized products efficiently and safely. • Operate various machines and perform mold press operations to support the production team. • Set up and operate machines according to specific procedures and guidelines. • Interpret blueprints, diagrams, and technical documents to assemble equipment accurately. • Record production quantities, including acceptable items and scrap. • Use hand tools such as screwdrivers and drills effectively. • Manage and maintain inventory at the workstation. • Conduct quality checks to ensure products meet required standards. • Identify and report product defects to the supervisor. • Operate equipment safely and efficiently to meet production targets and customer demands. • Adhere to safety, quality, and productivity standards. • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area. • Accurately document data and maintain records as required. • Adjust machine settings as needed to ensure quality production. • Report safety concerns and incidents to management promptly. • Handle hazardous materials safely with knowledge of MSDS. • Troubleshoot and resolve basic quality issues.

What You Bring
• Frequently lift up to 35 pounds and perform repetitive tasks. • Demonstrate manual dexterity for assembly tasks. • Work independently or as part of a team. • Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality. • Experience as a Manufacturing Machine Operator preferred. • Proficient in reading and interpreting measurement devices. • Basic literacy skills for following instructions. • Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to generate new ideas. • High attention to detail and self‑motivation. • Familiarity with using basic hand tools. • Proactive in maintaining safety and quality standards. • Excellent teamwork and communication skills. • Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
