About the Role

• Travel up to three weeks per quarter nationwide to support customers. • Lift and carry loads of 50 lb+ and perform other physical tasks such as climbing and long‑distance driving. • Read and interpret electrical schematics; troubleshoot, test, and repair power systems and battery equipment. • Follow all company and customer safety protocols. • Collaborate with Field Service Technicians and follow on‑site direction. • Request reasonable accommodations by calling 1‑800‑836‑6345.

What You Bring

Candidates must possess a High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution. A valid and unrestricted State Driver’s license is required. Applicants must reside in the greater Houston, TX area, although active‑duty military personnel are exempt from this location requirement. At least three years of experience with power systems, battery technologies, or electronics—including relevant coursework and internships—is required. Preference is given to candidates who hold an Associate’s degree in electrical or electronics, are enrolled in a Bachelor’s engineering program, or have comparable military training. Proficiency in reading electrical schematics and applying troubleshooting, testing, and repair techniques is essential. The role demands supporting customer needs outside the immediate region within the United States for a minimum of three weeks per quarter. Physical tasks such as lifting or carrying 50 lb+, pushing, pulling, standing for extended periods, climbing, squatting, bending, kneeling, and long‑distance driving are required. Candidates must also pass periodic background checks and drug screenings as part of customer entrance requirements. Strict adherence to company and customer safety rules is mandatory to maintain a secure work environment.
