About the Role
The front desk receptionist will serve as the primary point of contact for visitors and callers, maintain a clean and organized reception area, and support daily office operations through various administrative tasks. • Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner. • Answer, screen, and direct phone calls to appropriate departments or individuals. • Provide accurate information and assistance to visitors and clients. • Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and presentable. • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages. • Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings. • Perform clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and faxing. • Register visitors and issue visitor passes. • Notify staff of visitor arrivals. • Ensure security procedures are followed, including maintaining visitor logs. • Manage email correspondence, responding to inquiries and forwarding messages as necessary. • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth communication and operations. • Maintain and update contact lists and directories. • Input and manage data in relevant databases or systems.

What You Bring

The ideal candidate holds a high school diploma or equivalent, has at least one to two years of receptionist or customer‑service experience, and demonstrates strong communication, organizational, and technical skills. • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration or related field is a plus. • Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a receptionist or customer service role. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. • Professional appearance and demeanor. • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality. • Familiarity with office equipment (e.g., fax machines, printers).
