About the Role
The Customer Supply Chain Analyst is a hybrid role within the Americas Supply Chain team, located in Towson, MD, Valley City, OH, or New Britain, CT. The analyst maintains customer scorecards to hit KPIs like OTIF, service level, and compliance, drives “Down in a Day” order‑to‑cash processes to achieve 95% weekly drop‑to‑target cycle times, documents SOPs, and tracks and reports supply‑chain compliance while developing processes to reduce compliance fines. • Maintain customer scorecards to achieve OTIF, service level, and compliance KPIs. • Drive “Down in a Day” order‑to‑cash initiatives to meet 95% weekly drop‑to‑target cycle times. • Create and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) for supply‑chain processes. • Track, report, and analyze customer compliance data; develop mitigation strategies for fines. • Align customer CTQs with supply planning, demand planning, finance, manufacturing, transportation, distribution, sales, and marketing functions. • Participate in continuous learning via Lean Academy, online university, and internal development resources. • Engage in company initiatives that promote community volunteerism, sustainability, and inclusive workplace culture.

What You Bring
Candidates must hold a BA/BS in Supply Chain Management, Business Management, Operations Management, or a related field and have 3‑5 years of customer operations or supply‑chain experience. Desired skills include strong computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, SAP, Excel, Business Warehouse), effective written and verbal communication, analytical problem‑solving, time‑management, and a willingness to learn and embrace innovation. • Proficient in Microsoft Office, SAP, Excel, and Business Warehouse. • Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication and analytical problem‑solving skills. • Manage time effectively and exhibit a willingness to learn and adopt new innovations. • Hold a BA/BS degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Management, Operations Management, or related field. • Possess 3–5 years of experience in customer operations or supply‑chain roles.
