About the Role
The Junior Project Manager will oversee the development and execution of architectural construction documents, collaborate with external consultants, and guide internal project teams through design and documentation phases. Responsibilities also include coordinating construction administration, managing project close‑out activities, and ensuring work aligns with contract requirements and MG2 quality standards. • Oversee production and coordination of contract deliverables, including surveys, design drawings, construction documents, exhibits, and specifications. • Ensure deliverables meet contract scope, design intent, and MG2 quality standards. • Collaborate with internal design staff to integrate design outputs into contract documents and specifications. • Coordinate project deliverables with external consultants and partners. • Conduct comprehensive code research and feasibility studies, liaising with authorities having jurisdiction. • Provide administrative support by preparing meeting agendas/minutes, updating trackers, completing permit applications, and maintaining RFI/submittal logs. • Apply firm-wide documentation standards, utilizing MG2 templates and graphic standards. • Guide staff on implementation of design standards and specifications. • Participate in QA/QC reviews of all deliverables, including consultant documents. • Manage external submittals to permitting authorities, handling coordination and site‑specific procedures. • Support construction administration through site visits, field reports, and formal submittal/RFI responses. • Deliver accurate work on schedule while adhering to design intent and project budget. • Participate in learning and career development opportunities.

What You Bring
• Hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or related field. • Possess 6+ years of experience in a professional architecture or design firm. • Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office. • Experienced with collaboration tools such as Bluebeam, Miro, and Teams. • Skilled in coordinating architectural construction documents and construction administration processes. • Fluent in English for written and verbal communication.
