About the Role
• Maintain and evolve the technical baseline for the laptop portfolio across Windows, Linux, and macOS. • Conduct vulnerability analysis and feasibility studies to guide product development. • Collaborate with technical leads, project managers, and development teams to align communication strategies. • Translate complex technical concepts into clear messaging for diverse stakeholders. • Review product plans, perform technical reviews, and serve as technical representative in boards and external meetings. • Produce documentation and artifacts that capture technical baselines and testing outcomes. • Support research and pre‑testing activities, identifying issues before product realization. • Interface with development teams to quantify technical challenges and drive productization. • Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to inform innovation pipelines. • Provide hands‑on troubleshooting and support for portfolio products. • Develop low‑level code on Windows, macOS, and Linux platforms; use MS Office, Visio, VBA, and WSL.

What You Bring
The role is on‑site with minimal travel and follows a standard work schedule. It requires a TS/SCI++ clearance and a bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience. The position operates within a dynamic, cross‑functional team using Agile processes and project‑gate controls. • Desired: Master’s degree, strong stakeholder relationship management, intelligence community experience, and familiarity with OS architecture and commercial messaging products.
