About the Role

• Apply standard BIM techniques to gain real‑world experience on projects. • Assist senior BIM specialists and engineers on routine assignments across design and construction phases. • Participate in mentoring programs with recent graduates and company leaders. • Perform tasks under supervision of the Section Manager or other professionals.

What You Bring

Preferred qualifications include having completed at least one year toward a degree with a 3.0+ GPA, knowledge of Revit or similar software, and a preference for local candidates. Required qualifications are enrollment in an undergraduate or graduate engineering program, strong attention to detail, problem‑solving and communication skills, basic Microsoft Office proficiency, and a commitment to actively participating in our employee‑owned culture. • Completed at least one year toward a degree with a 3.0+ GPA. • Demonstrate proficiency with Revit or related software. • Enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate engineering program. • Exhibit strong attention to detail. • Possess problem‑solving and communication skills. • Use basic Microsoft Office applications.
