About the Role
• Strip and sort dirty linens from guest rooms • Remove stains and dispose of soiled linen appropriately • Operate washers and dryers using correct chemicals and amounts • Fold linens to hotel standards and organize stock • Maintain a neat and clean laundry area • Assist housekeepers with room cleanliness when needed • Clean and organize storage areas • Report any laundry‑room or equipment damage immediately • Notify Executive Housekeeper of damaged roll‑aways or cribs • Wear provided uniform and nametag at all times • Perform repetitive cleaning and folding movements • Maintain high personal hygiene and appearance standards
