About the Role

The Maintenance Technician assists in executing the property’s maintenance processes—including corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic work—and supports the make‑ready turnover process under the supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager. • Attend the community daily and respond promptly to resident and management work orders for common areas, buildings, and units. • Perform corrective, preventative, and routine maintenance, including pool care and accurate chemical logging. • Conduct regular inspections of grounds, buildings, and amenities to identify and correct hazardous conditions. • Support make‑ready turnover events by cleaning and repairing units and common areas. • Maintain a well‑organized, properly stocked maintenance shop while adhering to OSHA and safety standards. • Keep accurate records of service requests, preventative maintenance, EPA/OSHA compliance, and inventory levels. • Assist the Maintenance Supervisor with hazard communication, inventory monitoring, and on‑call emergency response. • Provide excellent customer service, monitor request turnaround times, and enforce community policies. • Perform general upkeep and cleaning of office spaces, model units, and other common areas as needed.
