About the Role

You will be responsible for the general management of the building, including organising repairs, maintaining communal areas and overseeing the structure of the property. The role also involves supervising contractors who provide annual cleaning, gardening and window‑cleaning services. As the first point of contact for resident complaints, lease‑hold enquiries and property alterations, you will need to advise and empathise with residents, typically aged 60 plus. Building and nurturing positive relationships with residents, contractors and clients is a core part of the job. • Support residents to maintain well‑being and independence. • Organise repairs and maintenance of communal areas and building structure. • Oversee contractors for annual cleaning, gardening and window‑cleaning services. • Act as first point of contact for resident complaints, lease‑hold enquiries and property alterations. • Develop and nurture relationships with residents, contractors and clients. • Utilise IT applications such as Outlook and Word for scheme management.

We are seeking a customer‑focused, confident and logical professional with excellent communication skills. The successful candidate will independently prioritise and manage their workload while delivering a varied, customer‑facing service that supports residents in maintaining well‑being and independence. Although the role involves lone working, you will receive support from a Regional Manager, Head Office Team and a Training and Support Assistant. Strong organisational ability and multitasking skills are essential for handling multiple tasks efficiently. A good standard of IT knowledge is required, with proficiency in applications such as Outlook and Word to manage scheme information and communications effectively. Applicants must be able to travel across the region, undergo a Basic Criminal Record Check, be eligible to work in the UK and reside in England or Wales for the duration of employment. The Visiting Scheme Manager position offers a salary of £6,480.72 per annum, based in Epsom – The Croft, with a 9‑hour weekly schedule on a permanent contract. The role is operated by Grange Property Management.
