About the Role
Key duties include developing accurate cost estimates for projects and change orders, collaborating with project managers and engineers to gather necessary information, overseeing the full change‑order lifecycle from initiation to payment collection, maintaining a robust tracking system for documentation, and continuously improving processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs. • Use hands to evaluate tactile properties of procured materials when needed. • Occasionally stand, walk, lift, stoop, or bend. • Be available for after‑hours emergencies and call‑outs. • Develop precise cost estimates for projects and change orders. • Collaborate with project managers and engineers to gather change‑order data. • Oversee change‑order process from initiation through payment collection. • Maintain documentation and tracking system for change orders. • Improve processes and procedures to increase efficiency and lower costs. • Apply strong attention to detail in cost estimation and control. • Organize and manage large volumes of data effectively. • Leverage financial principles and concepts in decision‑making. • Initiate and lead projects independently as a self‑starter.

What You Bring
Successful candidates demonstrate strong attention to detail, excellent organizational abilities, resourcefulness, solid financial acumen, and the capacity to work independently. A bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, or economics is required. The work environment is primarily office‑based, requiring long periods of sitting and frequent use of a computer keyboard, with occasional hands‑on evaluation of materials and the possibility of standing, walking, lifting, stooping, or bending.
