About the Role

• Develop and implement project management strategies aligned with organizational goals. • Lead and mentor multi‑disciplinary project teams, fostering excellence and continuous improvement. • Oversee the full project lifecycle, ensuring scope, schedule, and budget adherence. • Manage client relationships and stakeholder expectations, providing updates and resolving conflicts. • Conduct risk assessments and devise mitigation strategies. • Analyze performance metrics and implement corrective actions. • Negotiate and manage contracts with vendors, subcontractors, and consultants. • Ensure compliance with UAE construction regulations, safety standards, and quality controls. • Drive value engineering initiatives to optimize costs without compromising quality. • Collaborate with senior management on business strategies and new opportunities.

What You Bring

We are seeking a highly experienced and visionary Project Director • PMCM (Project Management and Construction Management) to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. In this pivotal role, you will lead and oversee large‑scale construction projects, ensuring their successful delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. • Hold a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field; Master's or MBA preferred. • PMP certification required; PRINCE2 a plus. • 17+ years of project and construction management experience delivering large‑scale projects. • Deep knowledge of construction industry, infrastructure development, and UAE local regulations. • Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Primavera P6 and advanced Microsoft Office Suite. • Expertise in construction management, risk management, and financial management software. • Strong contract management and stakeholder engagement experience. • Demonstrated leadership ability to motivate multi‑disciplinary teams. • Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, communication, and negotiation skills. • International project experience, preferably in the Middle East; fluency in English; Arabic a plus.
