About the Role
The role works with senior administrators, office managers and PAs to provide administration support to the office and project teams. It contributes to the smooth operation of daily business activities. • Provide reception support, answer calls, take messages, and greet visitors, ensuring sign‑in procedures. • Distribute internal and external mail and handle incoming/outgoing deliveries. • Order and organise refreshments and meeting lunches for staff and visitors. • Prepare and type minutes, agendas, notices, and create signs or documents as needed. • Maintain filing systems and manage office diary, including booking meeting rooms. • Support the net‑zero carbon transition by identifying and managing associated emissions during work delivery.
