About the Role
The Sr. Mechatronics & Robotics Technician role leads a team of service technicians, supports operations maintenance through solution design and project oversight, and mentors staff. • Lead and mentor service and contract technicians in automated equipment installation and repair. • Design solutions for complex problems and manage related projects. • Maintain and troubleshoot building conveyor systems, including relay logic, motor starters, sensors, and solenoids. • Conduct and audit preventative maintenance procedures and create detailed work orders with labor and parts data. • Develop training plans for technicians and emergency repair work plans for critical assets. • Follow all safety procedures and promote a safe working environment.

What You Bring
Candidates should be adaptable, able to work flexible schedules and travel as needed, and possess relevant technical experience and education. • Travel up to 20% and work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays. • Required: High school diploma, 3+ years preventive‑maintenance experience, 3+ years blueprint reading, 2+ years work‑order management. • Preferred: Associate or higher degree in mechanical/electrical, 5+ years automated conveyor experience, leadership and vendor‑management experience, robotics maintenance, CMMS proficiency. • Physical: Lift up to 49 lb, stand/walk up to 12‑hour shifts, operate in cramped, dusty, noisy, hot/cold, and elevated conditions.
