About the Role

The TMC/RA Manager supports 24x7x365 operation and oversees roadside and TMC personnel, ensuring safe, efficient, and coordinated incident response across the E-470 corridor. This leadership position requires initiative, decisive judgment, and a commitment to continuous improvement in a dynamic, safety‑critical environment. The role is supported by the Operations Manager, and oversight responsibilities for RA and TMC functions may be split between the management team to ensure consistent coverage, effective resource deployment, and alignment with organizational goals. • Directly supervise day‑to‑day TMC and RA operations, ensuring consistent execution of Standard Operating Procedures. • Monitor and audit staff performance to meet safety and KPI goals. • Maintain staff work schedules and arrange replacements during absences. • Manage fleet scheduling, inspections, and maintenance activities. • Oversee the TIM Training program and continuous staff training. • Participate in or lead severe incident after‑action reviews and other TIM activities. • Serve as Safety Lead; develop and update the Road Management Safety Program. • Conduct safety audits using field ride‑alongs and system records. • Deliver corrective action or disciplinary measures when needed. • Assist in preparing recurring or ad‑hoc reports and research. • Perform routine administrative tasks as required.

What You Bring

WSP USA is an Equal Opportunity Employer and all applicants must be authorized to work in the United States. • Complete SHRP2 TIM Train‑the‑Trainer Certification, National TIM Responder training, and NIMS 100, 200, 300, 700 courses. • Hold a High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent. • Three years of experience in a Traffic Management Center, Emergency Dispatch Center, Incident Management, Roadside Assistance program, or Safety Service Patrol operation, or five years of combined relevant experience. • At least two years of TMC experience included within the total experience requirement. • Minimum of one year supervisory or management experience leading or training operational staff. • Ability to work alternate schedules and be on‑call 24 hours per day. • Ability to multitask and coordinate real‑time activities and priorities. • Proficiency in writing reports, manuals, and correspondence. • Valid driver’s license and passing driving record check.

Benefits

Compensation for this position in Colorado ranges from $73,500 to $92,000, with the final offer reflecting the candidate’s education, experience, skills, internal equity, and geographic location.
