About the Role

The aerial lineman supports overhead construction and repair of RF and fiber service, ensuring projects are completed safely and to the highest standards. • Install, relocate, and maintain aerial RF and fiber plants using poles or bucket trucks. • Troubleshoot and resolve field problems as they arise. • Maintain a safety‑focused daily work routine. • Apply strong problem‑solving skills with a hands‑on approach. • Participate in a 401(k) plan with company match. • Access an Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP). • Take advantage of the Employee Assistance Program (EAP).
