About the Role
In this role you will act as the firm’s representative to critical‑facilities and data‑center clients, contractors, architects and other project team members, delivering trade‑specific system designs, layouts, calculations and coordinating with other disciplines in collaboration with senior technical staff. • Represent the firm with critical‑facilities/data‑center clients, contractors, architects and project teams. • Produce trade‑specific system designs, CAD/BIM layouts and engineering calculations. • Coordinate design efforts with architectural and engineering disciplines alongside senior staff. • Establish system application, design parameters and operational sequences in collaboration with senior technical staff. • Oversee QA/QC processes for own work and that of others. • Assist in determining project schedules, staffing needs and budgets. • Conduct construction administration, field inspections and detailed inspection reports. • Process RFIs, Change Orders, Bulletins and Addenda. • Manage assigned CAD/BIM and technical staff as directed by senior engineers. • Contribute to employee performance reviews as needed. • Draft engineering proposals under senior guidance. • Participate in trade organizations and deliver presentations. • Estimate construction costs and assess feasibility using rough order‑of‑magnitude analyses. • Participate in employee resource groups and benefit from generous PTO and transit/parking stipend.

We are seeking an experienced Senior – Supervising Engineer (Project Manager) – CF to join our team in Dallas, TX. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering, 8‑12 years of consulting experience, at least four years of supervisory and client‑liaison experience, proficiency in Revit and the latest AutoCAD MEP, and a Professional Engineer (PE) license; knowledge of SKM software and arc‑flash studies is highly preferred. • Hold a bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering and a PE license. • Bring 8‑12 years consulting experience and 4+ years supervising project teams and client liaison. • Proficient in Revit and the latest AutoCAD MEP; able to produce red‑line markups. • Knowledgeable in code compliance and trade‑specific design software; SKM and arc‑flash study experience preferred.
