About the Role
The consultant walks the marketing tour path, opens target viewing apartments, and ensures that model homes and community amenities are clean and rent‑ready. They promptly respond to resident and prospective resident calls and emails, convert phone inquiries into walk‑in traffic, and set viewing appointments. Tours are conducted with energy and enthusiasm, followed by facilitating the application process, reviewing and processing applications immediately, and communicating results respectfully. The role also maintains traffic queues, shops competitive properties monthly, adheres to daily marketing and leasing strategies, and assists with lease renewals to promote resident retention. • Conduct property tours and open target units ensuring cleanliness and readiness. • Respond quickly to calls and emails, turning inquiries into foot traffic. • Process leasing applications immediately and communicate decisions promptly. • Maintain daily marketing activities, monitor competitive properties, and manage leasing queues. • Support lease renewals and resident retention initiatives.

What You Bring
Candidates must have prior customer‑service experience and be able to complete tasks safely and efficiently in a fast‑paced environment. Strong communication skills are required across phone, email, text, and in‑person interactions, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office and a willingness to learn Yardi, Paycom, or other software.
