About the Role
The incumbent will own project creation, GNG and BTR, manage the vendor empanelment process, and coordinate procurement for design‑and‑build interior fit‑out projects. Responsibilities include securing umbrella P&L approvals, submitting vendor lists, preparing and tracking tender schedules, handling vendor quotes, and conducting pre‑bid and negotiation meetings. They will also prepare technical‑commercial comparisons, process purchase requisitions, release purchase orders with contract annexures, and manage change requests while maintaining finance trackers for clients and vendors. Key goals for the role are to improve project profitability through effective vendor negotiations, ensure governance‑compliant procurement documentation, and maintain seamless and efficient process management while controlling turnaround timelines. • Manage vendor empanelment and procurement for design‑and‑build interior fit‑out projects. • Coordinate umbrella P&L approvals and submit vendor lists for approval. • Prepare, float, and track tender packages; receive and evaluate vendor quotes. • Conduct pre‑bid and negotiation meetings; prepare technical‑commercial recommendations. • Create PR forms, process approvals, and issue purchase orders with contract annexures. • Track PR/PO status, manage change requests, and maintain client & vendor finance trackers. • Provide a flexible, technology‑enabled work environment and comprehensive employee benefits. • Support continuous learning, development opportunities, and an inclusive, diverse workplace.
