About the Role
The role offers visible health and safety leadership across projects, delivering expert guidance, assurance and proactive risk management. It supports project teams in maintaining safe working environments, driving compliance with Mace standards, and promoting a strong safety culture for responsible project delivery. • Update knowledge of UAE HSE regulations, international standards, and best practices. • Identify hazards, assess risks, and implement mitigation strategies. • Investigate incidents, prepare reports, and implement corrective actions. • Develop and enforce HSE policies, conduct audits, and ensure compliance across all project phases. • Supervise safety training programs and promote a strong safety culture within the project team. • Evaluate HSW data, KPIs, and corrective actions to identify gaps and implement improvement plans. • Manage multiple priorities and ensure timely implementation of safety measures. • Communicate technical information clearly to diverse audiences.

What You Bring

Our values shape the way we consult and define the people we want to join us on our journey. • Hold a bachelor’s degree in engineering, HSE, or a related field with NEBOSH/IOSH certification. • Possess proven HSE experience in the UAE, especially on infrastructure and building projects. • Have experience in industrial and mixed‑use developments (advantageous). • Demonstrate strong knowledge of HSW legislation, risk management, and auditing across infrastructure and building projects.
