About the Role

• Support planning studies and reports for new or updated plans, programs, and regulations. • Review development proposals and transportation plans for code compliance. • Prepare and present detailed reports on proposals to government bodies. • Collect statistical data and create reports/maps on census, land use, tax base, and occupancy rates. • Assist in evaluating rezoning, ordinance amendments, site plans, permits, and variances. • Coordinate community review of public and private development projects. • Provide information to the public about transportation plans. • Help resolve citizen and customer issues. • Conduct field evaluations and assessments under direct supervision.

What You Bring

We are seeking an entry‑level Transportation Planner to join our Coral Gables, FL office. The role will start as soon as possible and follows a hybrid schedule that requires regular on‑site presence. Relocation assistance and sponsorship for U.S. work authorization are not available for this position. • Bachelor's degree in Urban Studies, Civil Engineering, or a related field. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office. • Prior internship, project, or co‑op experience.
