About the Role
The Enterprise Business Support and Operations (EBSO) organization ensures the stability, scalability, and performance of Autodesk’s enterprise business applications. We are looking for a Support Analyst with deep technical expertise to support SAP BRIM and Salesforce platforms, including their upstream and downstream integrations. The role focuses on production support, incident management, system analysis, and release readiness while actively participating in projects that deliver new functionality. In this position the analyst will maintain operational excellence by meeting defined service level objectives, improving system reliability, and enabling effective post‑launch support. Responsibilities include providing Tier 2/3 support, troubleshooting integrations, performing root‑cause analysis, and collaborating with development and architecture teams to ensure supportability of new features. • Provide Tier 2/3 operational support for SAP BRIM and Salesforce, diagnosing complex issues. • Analyze and resolve application, integration, and data problems across SAP, Salesforce, and AWS services. • Support and troubleshoot integrations including APIs, middleware, batch processes, and event-driven workflows. • Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions. • Audit and validate pipeline data, transactional flows, and system outputs for accuracy. • Execute service requests such as configuration changes, data corrections, and environment support. • Monitor system health, job execution, and integration flows, addressing performance or reliability risks. • Collaborate with development and architecture teams to ensure supportability of new features. • Create and maintain technical documentation, runbooks, and post‑launch support plans. • Manage system environments (DEV, QA, UAT, PROD) including refreshes and configuration alignment. • Coordinate deployments and code migrations with release management. • Support change management, release validation, and post‑deployment verification. • Contribute to continuous improvement of operational processes, tooling, and monitoring. • May lead technical workstreams or operational readiness activities within larger projects.

What You Bring
Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field and bring at least five years of hands‑on SAP experience, preferably with SAP BRIM, along with two years of Salesforce platform experience. Additional requirements include two years of experience with AWS services, strong understanding of enterprise application architecture and data flows, and familiarity with ITIL‑aligned incident and problem management processes. Preferred qualifications include experience developing or troubleshooting Java‑based applications, writing and debugging code, and working with CI/CD pipelines, version control, and automated deployments. Exposure to monitoring, logging, and alerting tools is also valued. As an Autodesker you can do meaningful work that helps build a better world for all. • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience. • 5+ years hands‑on SAP experience, preferably SAP BRIM. • 2+ years Salesforce platform experience. • 2+ years experience with AWS services in an enterprise setting. • Strong understanding of enterprise application architecture, integrations, and data flows. • Ability to analyze logs, metrics, and transactional data to diagnose issues. • Experience in ITIL‑aligned incident/problem management environments. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for translating technical issues to business stakeholders. • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced production environment. • High attention to detail with a structured, analytical problem‑solving approach. • Self‑directed, adaptable, and willing to support critical activities outside normal business hours. • Experience developing or troubleshooting Java‑based applications or services. • Ability to write, review, or debug code. • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, version control, and automated deployments. • Exposure to monitoring, logging, and alerting tools.
