About the Role
The Cleaner is responsible for maintaining bathrooms, cafe areas, common spaces and offices, reporting directly to the Manager and coordinating closely with maintenance staff. Key duties include cleaning restrooms, entryways, hallways, mechanical spaces and laboratories; handling waste removal such as baling cardboard, discarding wafer boats, emptying courtyard trash, and sweeping exterior stairs when weather permits. The role emphasizes delivering world‑class customer service by addressing concerns and maintenance needs in a friendly, professional manner, reporting any problems to the supervisor, and assisting with inventory control while adhering to safety guidelines and company policies. • Clean restrooms, entryways, hallways, mechanical spaces, and labs. • Bale cardboard, remove wafer boats, empty courtyard trash, and sweep exterior stairs (weather permitting). • Provide world‑class customer service and address maintenance concerns professionally. • Report maintenance problems to the supervisor promptly. • Assist with inventory control as needed. • Follow safety guidelines and all Cushman & Wakefield safety policies. • Travel between floors, climb stairs, and perform occasional outdoor tasks in varying weather.

What You Bring
No prior experience is required; the position requires the ability to follow directions, complete tasks on time, and observe all Cushman & Wakefield safety procedures. Benefits
Compensation ranges from $15.30 to $18.00 per hour, with eligibility for a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, vision, dental, retirement plans, life and disability insurance, and paid or unpaid time off.
