About the Role
The role involves installing, maintaining, and removing overhead and underground distribution conductors and equipment. Linemen must be able to climb poles, work on energized conductors, perform hot‑stick work, operate in inclement weather, and be available for callout duties. • Install, maintain, and remove overhead and underground distribution infrastructure. • Perform hot‑stick work on energized high‑voltage conductors. • Operate and service bucket trucks, digger derricks, and trenchers. • Participate in after‑hour emergency callouts in all weather conditions.

What You Bring
Candidates must have at least a high school diploma or equivalent, with a technical lineman degree preferred, and be qualified as a Journeyman Lineman. Required experience includes working with bucket trucks, digger derricks, trenchers, and utility line crews, as well as possessing strong communication and teamwork skills, a CDL Class A, and the ability to meet FMCSR driver qualifications. The position demands physical capability to lift, climb, work in confined spaces, and operate equipment, as well as a willingness to travel and reside within 20 miles of the service center. Employees are subject to after‑hour emergency callouts, random DOT drug and alcohol testing, and must adhere to all company safety policies. • Maintain a valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Class A and meet FMCSR driver qualifications. • Demonstrate strong communication, teamwork, and safety compliance. • Possess the physical stamina required for lifting, climbing, and confined‑space work. • Travel as needed and reside within a 20‑mile radius of the Western Ave Service Center.

The position offers a starting base pay of $60.31 per hour (2025 wage) and will be posted from January 26, 2026 to February 13, 2026.
