About the Role
The Maintenance Division Supervisor is directly responsible for overseeing the assignment and coordination of maintenance activities to ensure a productive workforce that aligns with divisional, corporate and regulatory goals. The role works closely with schedulers and planners, provides recommendations on training and procedures, and serves as a member of the Emergency Plan team. • Supervise craft personnel to ensure maintenance work is performed safely, effectively, and in compliance with CEC procedures, NRC regulations, and schedules. • Administer coaching, mentoring, performance management and disciplinary actions for assigned employees. • Communicate significant CEC and personnel issues to the Maintenance Manager and appropriate CEC leadership, fostering open collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. • Relay company programs, announcements and policies to team members and channel feedback from employees to senior management. • Participate in work‑control, coordination, scheduling and engineering meetings for load reductions, forced outages and refuel outages to guarantee proper planning and readiness. • Support and administer maintenance processes such as training, surveillance, procedure revisions and the Corrective Action Program, identifying improvement opportunities. • Oversee vendor inspections and repairs of CEC equipment, ensuring effective procurement and use of materials, parts, tools and equipment. • Contribute to maintenance department management by helping develop, implement and monitor corporate, CEC and divisional business goals. • Perform additional assignments as directed, including emergency response, departmental coverage, call‑outs and support of outage activities outside the department.

What You Bring
• Minimum qualification: High school diploma/GED with 6 years related experience, or associate degree with 4 years, or bachelor’s degree with 2 years of relevant experience. • Must meet required access levels and pass a favorable medical examination or testing as applicable to the position. • Preferred qualification: Ability to read schematics, wiring diagrams and P&IDs. • Preferred qualification: Proficiency with an electronic work‑management system, Microsoft Word and Excel. • Preferred qualification: At least 3 years of experience in nuclear power plant operations.
